After over a decade of development, the folks at Hive Mind Synthesis have come up with a solution for those dark displays.
All you’ll need is your TR-505 or TR-626, a screwdriver, a soldering setup, and some patience.
This can also be used to add a backlight even if your screen isn’t terrible!
